It's really easy to make a concrete duck:

 

1. take a plastic duck

2. cut a hole at its bottom

3. fill the duck with concrete

4. wait (it's very important)

5. peel the duck

6. don't place it on the street, because it will be stolen. even if you glue it with concrete-glue.
